I’m having another tourney on the 26th. I’ve learned a few lessons from the first one, plus my buddy Thumbs will be there to help keep things running smoothly with his new dealer puck…

Since he loves my plaques so much I am going to try and ensure that that’s all he gets to use. I have 20 spots and 10 have already been filled. There is a page called August 26th Poker – Reserved that has a list of attending players. It works well and I will do this for each tournament.
I also am thinking about making the Friday night games cash games so that we can finish right on time. It could still be No Limit Hold-Em, but maybe Pot Limit with a $10 buy-in? Not 100% sure on it, will talk to some peeps to work out an optimal system. There are bounty chips incoming and a birdcage, compliments of my good friend Jay-Ro, so that will definitely add flavour to Saturday’s game, as Sandro will be “under the gun” so to speak. I heard really positive feedback from all the players which made me happy cuz I want people to come out and be able to chill and have a good time.
I have a huge MBA assignment due Sunday night + a major presentation at work, so it’s been crazy over here. Ok, time to study… I’ll leave you with a pic of my buddy Lane, (bottom left shaved head) “thinking” which means he’s bluffing. Lane’s play level is directly correlated to his alcohol consumption (see tall boy, I wasn’t at his table, but I know he finished on the bubble for the final table).
